embodied snacks oula fusion

Fusion is the act of melting two or three Oula formats together to create a magical whole. These Fusion
classes will merge Oula One, which is all about connecting movement and breath, dance and yoga with Oula
that is high-energy dance to great music where participants are free to let it all out.

The OULA experience focuses on carefully curated playlists so that each class takes us on a journey of the mind, body
and spirit through music and movement. In this class, Jamie will guide you to find the freedom to make the
movement your own or follow along with the choreography.

This Fusion class draws its inspiration from the theme of safely exploring the energies of vulnerability and strength.

It’s the little things that add up to a felt sense of aliveness and we will play with this one song at a time.

I recommend listening to the playlist for class before or after you take the class to deepen your experience of the movement journey.

By allowing movement, music and space for our emotions and sensations related to our body’s natural reaction to stress and trauma, we can have more access to the social engagement part of our nervous systems, our ventral vagal connection.

When we are compassionate to our body’s responses to current life conditions, including fight, flight and freeze and we recognize we are not broken because of this, there starts to be more room for play, curiosity and joy.

I recommend listening to the playlist for class before or after you take the class to deepen your experience of the movement journey.

In this music and movement journey we are making room for the experience of PLAY and the “Inner Cheer.”

Once again we will play with our social engagement part of our nervous systems, our ventral vagal connection by playing with sound, accessing our compassionate inner voice and playful movement.

There will be a little more free dance in this one! This playlist is turning out to be a favorite!!

I recommend listening to the playlist for class before or after you take the class to deepen your experience of the movement journey.
